You will receive confirmation/invoice of your registration by e-mail.
Registrations may be refunded in full if the cancellation is made in writing to fedra@fiba.net, by Monday February 13h, 2012. Cancellations received after Monday February 13th, 2012, will have a $300 administration fee. Non-show will not be refunded.
Credit card payments must be refunded to the card originally used to pay the registration fee Payments made by check must be refunded via check Payments made by wire transfer will be refunded via wire transfer. Wire Transfer refunds will include a $25 transfer charge.
Substitutions may be sent at any time in writing to fedra@fiba.net. Sharing of attendee passes is not accepted.
FIBA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. FIBA's receipt of a conference registration and/or payment does not constitute acceptance FIBA reserves the right to change or replace speakers and topics without notice.
The use of your name tag is required at all times in order to participate in conference sessions and social events. The dress code for all functions is business attire.
