What is Included with your Registration Fee?

Your registration fee includes  a conference book, a CD Rom with all the presentations, certificate of attendance, breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches and a cocktail reception on the first day.

Certificate of Attendance

All participants will receive a certificate of attendance. This certificate can be used to renew your AML/CA (Anti Money Laundering Certified Associate) or  CP/AML (Certified Professional in Anti Money Laundering) provided by the FIBA AML Institute in partnership with FIU - Florida International University.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations may be refunded if the cancellation is made in writing, via email sent to fiba@fiba.net, by Monday February 14, 2011.  Cancellations received after Monday February 11, 2011. Non-show, will not be refunded.   

Refunds Policy

Credit card payments must be refunded to the card originally used to pay the registration fee

Payments made by check must be refunded via check

Payments made by wire transfer will be refunded via wire transfer

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Sharing of attendee passes is not accepted. Substitutions must be made in writing to fiba@fiba.net

General Information

The use of your name tag is required at all times in order to participate in conference sessions and social events. The dress code for all functions is business attire.
