Registrations may be refunded if the cancellation is made in writing, via email sent to fiba@fiba.net, by Monday February 14, 2011. Cancellations received after Monday February 11, 2011. Non-show, will not be refunded.
Credit card payments must be refunded to the card originally used to pay the registration fee
Payments made by check must be refunded via check
Payments made by wire transfer will be refunded via wire transfer
Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Sharing of attendee passes is not accepted. Substitutions must be made in writing to fiba@fiba.net
FIBA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. FIBA's receipt of a conference registration and/or payment does not constitute acceptance
